The full call to prayer is as follows:
Allahu Akbar (God is great)
Ashhadu an la Ilaha illallah (I acknowledge that there isn't any God apart from the One God)
Ashadu anna Muhammadar Rasool Allah (I bear witness that Muhammad is the messenger of God)
Hayya' in-salah (Hurry in the direction of the prayer or get up to pray)
Hayya"ala-l Falah" (Hurry to success, or rise up for salvation)
Assalatu Chairum-Minannaum (Prayer is better than sleep. This is only recited for Morning prayer.)
Allahu Akbar (God is Great)
La ilaha illallah (There exists no God other than the One God)
Why is it important to the Adhan?
The Adhan is offered five times a day to invite Muslims to attend the mandatory prayers. It is typical to hear the call to prayer in public places in countries that have a an extensive Muslim population. The Adhan is generally performed from the minarets of Masjids. Rakats in Salah

Fajr
Fajr salah needs to be performed during the final hours of the night before sunrise. Fajr salah has two obligatory rituals known as Fard.
Dhuhr

Asr

Maghrib

Tashahhud (sitting position): The posture is similar to Vajrasana an important Yoga posture. The posture is believed to strengthen the thigh and calf muscles, improve digestion and maintain the spine and erect.
